the hotel is steps from terminal 4, a significant advantage. the on-site bar and restaurant provided convenient options for meals, i found them satisfactory. breakfast was included and offered a good variety of choices.

The lack of immediate action on a late arrival due to transport delays was frustrating, i felt stressed. Though the staff resolved it, the initial handling was difficult.
